To begin the inspection process, Veriquality inspector(s) will randomly select samples according to the ANSI/ASQ Standard Z.1.4-2008 sampling standard.

The subsequent checks are customized to align with the client’s specifications and the nature of the product being inspected. Veriquality offers a wide array of pre-made inspection checklists tailored for specific products, which clients can readily utilize. In cases where clients require specific additional checks, they have the option to supplement the existing checklists or create a unique one of their own.

A typical IPC includes the following checks: 

•  Raw material, production machinery and process
    – Raw material quantities
    – General conditions of storage
    – Manufacturing processes to be followed
    – Production organization and status
•  Product specifications
   – Quantities of semi-finished, finished and packed products
   – Color consistency
   – Product style and construction
   – Artwork including spelling, fonts, dimensions, positioning and general design
   – Labels including main labels, care labels, size labels and product tags
•  Product dimensions check
•  Other product-specific checks and tests to verify quality and workmanship
•  Packing and packaging checks
    – Unit packing
    – Inner packing
    – Outer packing
    – Export carton dimensions and weights
    – Shipping marks
