Pre-Shipment Inspection
A Pre-shipment Inspection is performed at 100% completion and 80% packaging. It is the last defense line to ensure the products have been manufactured match the Client’s specifications and packed ready to ship, thus preventing epidemically defective goods from being shipped.
What is PSI inspection and why it matters?
The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), a.k.a. Final Random Inspection (FRI), is a systematic inspection of randomly selected units from all batches of your order, conducted when 80% of production is complete. It reduces the risk of costly import issues and safeguards your product’s quality by providing an opportunity for corrective action before production is finished and packed.
This inspection covers functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension to ensure that your product meets your standards. The PSI is a valuable tool to prevent quality issues and protect your product’s reputation, giving you confidence in its quality before shipping.
How can you benefit from pre-shipment inspection services

- Verify quality at the source and don’t pay for defective goods
