During Production Inspection
Also called inline inspection, is performed the production is 15-50% completed. It allows buyers to verify the production progress, and identify any defects and causes, as they’re occurring, to prevent epidemic problem in the final bulk products.
What is an During Production Chck (DPC)?
During Production Check (DUPRO), sometimes referred to as Inline Inspection, is performed when 10-50% of the production is completed. The inspection randomly selects units from all completed batches to ensure that your factory is adhering to your original specifications and keeping production on schedule.
This service allows you to verify that product quality and adherence to technical specifications are consistently maintained throughout the entire production process. Additionally, it facilitates the early identification of any issues requiring corrective action, thereby minimizing production delays and ensuring on-time delivery.
Why do you need a During Production Inspection?
A minor error early in the production process can have severe consequences for the entire batch. By performing during-production quality control checks, these programs help prevent defects and ensure consistent quality throughout the production process, enabling companies to meet their goals effectively.
For instance, a few of the benefits of DPC are being listed below:
- Identify quality issues early when you can make amends
- Manage production schedule more effectively
- Make adjustments to the manufacturing process to prevent continued issues
